The Cheetah Conservation Fund
The Wildlife Conservation Society
This nonprofit organization, based in Namibia and the US, protects wild Cheetahs. Through the use of tracking collars, the CCF establishes a relationship between Namibian farmers and the local cheetahs, while rescuing and rereleasing any hurt cheetahs after allowing them to recover.
With a worldwide influence the WCS preserves ecosystems in fifteen different regions. This organization not only saves animals, but also their natural habitats. WCS zoos and aquariums work to inspire young minds every day.
The Sierra Club
The Sierra Club tackles key environmental issues which many people forget exist. The club works to discourage the drilling of oil and other substances which are detrimental to the environment. Also devoted to restoring American forests, the club operates inside of and works to protect the United States' diverse ecosystems.
